CMS wants $10 million more from Mecklenburg

CMS wants $10 million more from Mecklenburg: "(By Eric Frazier, efrazier@charlotteobserver.com) Superintendent Peter Gorman wants Mecklenburg County officials to give Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools $10 million more than last year, according to a just-released summary of his 2011-12 budget proposal.
