Bank of America could be only ATM at airport: (By Steve Harrison, sharrison@charlotteobserver.com) To get cash at Charlotte/Douglas International Airport, you soon might need a Bank of America ATM card - or pay a fee.
Aviation Director Jerry Orr said a proposed deal would give the Charlotte-based bank all the ATMs at the airport. In return, the airport would get at least $1.3 million a year from Bank of America, about five times as much as the airport makes under its current arrangement, which gives ATM space to four banks.
