Condo owners won't get revaluations until March: "(By April Bethea, abethea@charlotteobserver.com) As Mecklenburg County prepares to start mailing new home tax values as soon as next week, one group of property owners will have to wait a bit longer to get their new appraisals.
Assessor Garrett Alexander said his office is waiting until March to send out new values for the roughly 27,500 residential condos in the county. Alexander said they need more time to analyze market data for condos."
