Lincoln opens new fingerprinting program: "(Observer Staff Reports) The Lincoln County Sheriff's Office has opened a fingerprinting operation on Tuesday afternoons at its office near Lake Norman.
A representative from the sheriff's office will be at the East Office from 1 to 5 p.m. every Tuesday, to complete fingerprints for job applications and concealed-carry handgun permits. The office is on Business N.C. 16, across from Westport Baptist Church."
