Sexual assault suspect held on $500,000 bond: "(By Meghan Cooke, macooke@charlotteobserver.com) A judge raised the bond Friday for a Charlotte man who prosecutors said may have sexually assaulted three teens.
On Jan. 15, a 14-year-old girl told police a man forced her into his vehicle, threatening her with a handgun on Freedom Drive. The girl said the man touched her before she was able to get out of the vehicle and run away, according to a police report. She was not injured."
