Group asks Indiana regulators to force Duke Energy CEO to testify

Group asks Indiana regulators to force Duke Energy CEO to testify: "(By John Russell, Indianapolis Star) A group of Duke Energy's large industrial customers wants to force the utility's chairman, Jim Rogers, to testify in Indianapolis about e-mails between company executives and a former state regulator that discussed cost overruns at a new power plant.

The big customers, which include factories and shopping centers that buy millions of dollars' worth of electricity from Charlotte-based Duke a year, filed a motion Friday asking the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission to compel Rogers to answer questions under oath before the commission."
